Kevin and his team are spectacular. I got so much valuable information about the water quality in my home. I invested in a reverse osmosis system for my drinking water. The whole process was smooth, the team is incredibly professional and they value your satisfaction as a client. After installation I had a minor concern as I am inexperienced with the system, I sent Kevin a text at 8pm about my concern and he got on it right away. His team showed up first thing in the morning & my concern was resolved quickly.

We moved in about two years ago and have had constant pink water stains in toilets, sinks, and showers. My son battles with eczema and my daughter with keratosis. We had the system installed about a month ago and can say that we actually see, smell, taste, and feel the positive effects. Not only do I rest easier knowing that microplastics are being removed from our water but our hair and skin is softer and the pink is finally gone!

Met Kevin of Orca Blue after his son knocked on my door requesting to schedule an appointment to test the water in my home for contaminants. I knew that the water in my area wasn't the best so I was interested in the testing. Kevin came out and conducted the water test and explained how the water filtration system worked. I ended up purchasing the system for the water at my kitchen sink. It's great! My water tates much better and I don't miss purchasing all that bottled water! Highly recommend. :-)

Kevin and the crew were great. Kevin made sure to send updates about the schedule, what was going on, etc. The two guys with the crew, sorry I don’t remember their names, were on time and worked steadily to complete all aspects of the install. They also made sure to update me with the stages of the install and to get my feedback on the different decisions that needed to be made. They dealt easily with the different challenges that our older house posed. We can already tell the difference with the water.

Very concerned about dangerous things in the water especially forever chemicals due to a local irresponsible business dumping there chemical waste and being close to a military installation... even with city water the levels are far above recommended levels for safe consumption. Kevin at Orca Blue did a great job of explaining the system, the cost, maintenance, warranty, and even comparisons of other systems on the market. I came out of the initial meeting with a good feeling that Orca Blue is a very professional organization with a focus on Customer satisfaction. The installation took place a couple of days after our initial meeting and was a simple process. The installer (Gilbert) was very helpful answering my questions and it was clear to me he was very experienced and knew his stuff. Install took about 3.5 hours and the system was up and running. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Kevin our sales rep from ORCA was easy going but informative. On installation day they arrived when they were scheduled and all 3 guys got to work quickly. They were friendly and conscientious. They talked us through everything from use to adding salt. Been looking for ways to improve my health and after getting the FREE water test done, I knew I had to get one of these. Have had one for about a month now and I not only have I seen improvements in my overall well being, I’ve noticed massive improvements in the clearness of my skin!! We’ve had the whole house water filter and under sink osmosis water system for about a week. Didn’t want to write the review until we really tested it out. First of all, Kevin, Gilbert and everyone are really friendly and professional. They explained the installation process and found the location for us. They hide the water line in our crawl space, made it look so clean and organized. Even helped install our new faucet in the kitchen. My husband hated the water pressure in our house. They even helped show us how to increase the pressure. About the systems,before I could smell and taste chlorine in our water, my skin and hair were dry after showering, water spots were everywhere. I recently moved into my new build home in Jonhston County NC. Orca Blue had approached me offering free water tests, with no obligation. I figured it couldn't hurt to check it out, and I am so glad I did. Their sales representative, Alyssa, gave me a wealth of information around the importance of water quality, the sustained damage over time to materials, appliances, and our bodies of overexposure to hard water. While learning about this, she prepared a water test to compare my water to that of their filtered soft water systems. All of it was done right in front of my eyes, using my water in both experiments. It was amazing to see how terrible my water was, compared to what is considered "good water". She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to identifying the best solution for me. Their install team came a few days later and figured out the best installation for my house. It's an investment, but one I would happily make again, as it no longer feels like I am getting out of pool after my shower. Thanks Alyssa and the Orca Blue team!

Shortly after we moved into our new house, we noticed that our showers, baths and fixtures were becoming stained and our white clothes and towels were turning orange. Based on the county water inspection, we had high Iron and Manganese, so we had an whole-house Iron filter installed. We were hoping for a big improvement, but unfortunately, we saw little. We had to clean our kitchen sink and toilets every few days to keep the stains at bay. We replaced our Shower and Bath fixtures several times because the hard water was making them look horrible. Our water occasionally smelled like rotten eggs. I was dumping money down the drain in the form of Iron Out. 6 years later, along comes Kevin and his team at Orca Blue to the rescue. Kevin performed a free water test and it showed we were still getting high Iron readings (despite the existing filter) and our water was very hard. It wasn't a hard decision to have Orca Blue rip out the old filtration system and replace it with the Maytag Water Softener with an Iron Boss. We also had the drinking water filtration system installed at our kitchen sink. BIG IMPROVEMENT! Our water tastes great. We have stopped buying bottles of water, and (as a test) I haven't cleaned the toilets or sink since the installation (8 days ago) and they look like they were just cleaned! Thank you Orca Blue! Total professionals from our initial contact (shout out to Jack W.), to the water test, to the installation. I highly recommend them.

We had Orca install a water softener and reverse osmosis system for drinking water. They did a prompt and professional job and were excellent to work with. The quality of the water in our house is now excellent. There is a noticeable difference in the taste and now lack of hardness. We are very satisfied with the work and product. Most importantly, we had a couple minor issues which Kevin, the owner addressed the same day! Well worth it given the water before was awful.

My sister, who is staying with us recently took a two-week trip to California. I’d been planning on getting a water softener and reverse osmosis system for my new home, but it was more of a “year or so down the line” sort of thing. It just so happened that Orca Blue was doing free water testing, and I was curious, so I signed up. Kevin, the owner, gave an amazing presentation while he was testing the water: walking me through the tests themselves, info about NC water quality, pricing, things they do differently, etc. I ended up deciding to go ahead and purchase the system and they came out and installed it later that week. The installers were super friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job. Everything looks so professional, from the placement, to the cabling, and the insulation. After using it for a week or so I’m actually surprised at how much of a difference I can tell. A former employer had a reverse osmosis filtering system, so I knew how good the water was, but I was admittedly a bit skeptical of the water softener. I don’t know how to describe it, but the water feels different on your skin, and I’ve noticed the soap is a lot foamier. The water from the RO system is, of course, delicious. I’ve had a couple of friends choose to fill up their water bottles at my house before we go on a hike because it’s so good. I highly recommend Orca Blue if you’re looking for this sort of system.

My wife and I purchased a new home in Wendell in December and we had a Orca Blue water system and reverse osmosis system installed yesterday. Kevin has been outstanding to work with throughout the process. He came out last week and did a water test. He explained everything to us and how the process works. He scheduled the installation for January 8 at 9 AM. He text me that morning to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time to start the installation. Gilbert and the installation crew did an outstanding job. It took them a couple hours to complete the installation and go over the operation of the system. Kevin stopped by later that afternoon to make sure everything met our satisfaction. My wife and I purchased a new home in Knightdale in 1990. We had a water treatment company come and test our water. They recommended installing a water treatment system because we had hard water. We should have installed a system at our old house, but chose not to do it. Over the 30 years in our home, we slowly saw a buildup of calcium deposits on our shower, bathtub, sinks, and faucets. We tried very hard to keep the buildup from happening, but there was nothing we could do to keep it from happening to our house. We knew when we moved into our new home that we didn’t want this to happen again so we knew we wanted to install a water treatment system. I highly recommend Orca Blue to anyone looking to install a water treatment system in your home! We've seen what happens when you don't have one. It is a professional company that does great work.

Excellent work and product

Kevin came out and gave us a detailed presentation to show us how hard the water was in our brand new home. He was not pushy and explained the Maytag product very thoroughly. Gilbert came out to do the install and did a fabulous job. It looked like it came with the house it was done so neatly. Highly recommend Blue Orca if you are thinking about water treatment. From beginning to end I can’t say enough of how great our experience was. THANK YOU!!
