I have a private well My hardness was a 32 gpg, I had iron, and sulfur and sediment in my water. I couldn’t drink my water and when I bathe in it it left sediment in my tub. After installing the system that was recommended I can now use my water and it fixed all of my problems! Shout out to Hector for selling me this system! We’ve had Orca Blue since May 2025 with the reverse osmosis drinking water and the water filtration/softening system for the entire house including hose bibs; we could not be happier! My baby stopped having rashes & dry patches immediately during baths, soap is way more subsidy and we’re so happy with the drinking water installed in our kitchen. The water not only tastes cleaner, but feels softer in the showers/sinks.

I’m excited to have water that isn’t leaving calcium deposits on our faucets and damaging appliances. It’s also great having purified drinking water at the kitchen sink, and in the refrigerator.
Both Kevin and the plumbers that did the installation (John, Ethan & Jay) were great. I tend to be a perfectionist so it isn’t uncommon for me to find a couple things that need to be fixed when we have work done. When I raised a few small concerns about the water softener and reverse osmosis system installation, Orca Blue addressed them very quickly and without hesitation. They were also very accommodating when we asked for specific things, like putting the water softener and RO tank under our house. They also took the time to answer all my questions.

Ethan & John were great in showing up on time, being polite & courteous, they did what they needed inside & outside the house & then gave us a thorough explanation of what we got at the end, even showing us where the salt goes, where to get it & how often to add. Also got a local # to call in case of a long power outage or any other potential issue.
Kevin did just as great a job helping us select what made the most sense for our family. We never felt pressured or like we had to buy anything. It was just like a sales process should feel…a win for both sides. THANKS, guys!!

The benefits of the filter are obvious and saving money on water deliveries. The washing machine and the dishwasher also run much smoother and everything comes out cleaner. If you are on the fence about a water softener system or RO filter, seriously consider meeting with Orca Blue.
They also had great customer service. Sending reminders for when to add salt and replace the filter. They even replaced the lost yeti bottle that was missed place!
